REFUND
I do not want to be angry as I said in the email I sent you. On the 3rd of December, I bought some items online at Pick n Pay East London, some of the items I bought were not available after I placed my order and paid, I then requested a refund for the items that were not available, up until today my refund is not paid but you said on your email you sent me it has been paid out. PAID OUT WERE BECAUSE IT IS NOT IN MY ACCOUNT. I WANT MY MONEY MOTHERS ****ERS 3 DAYS HAVE PASSED BY WITHOUT ME GETTING MY MONEY AND THIS IS NOT HAPPENING FOR THE FIRST TIME

I called on Monday one of your agents waisted my time and airtime to stay online for more than 30 minutes she **** saying she would transfer me to the billing department only to find out that I was not transferred to billing. I then spoke to Msiyana Saula who decided not to reply to my emails now because he also did not know what he was doing. he gave me the wrong refund amount that is due to me. Please I need my money, I submitted my refund request on the 3rd of December today the date is the 12 my money is not in the account. sanunyinyela. I NEED MY ****EN MONEY ASAP
