Refund delayed/refusal
I’m writing this with a heavy and broken heart. Took my hard earned money on the 30th July and bought a TV from Pick ‘n Pay (online) because it was on sale. The TV worth 3k. They cancelled my order and never communicated with me, I was only told about the cancellation a week later because I was calling nonstop. TIL today I haven’t received my refund, received an email 2 weeks back to say that I will get my refund in 3-5days and when I made a follow up I was told that they didn’t deduct the money. Even though it shows on my bank statement 💔💔💔💔I’m out of words cause imagine a whole big store trying to **** loyal customers in this economy. I wanna take this the legal root cause I’m tired of complaining. It’s been a month and they’re still refusing with my refund. I could’ve went to a different store and bought a tv, my R3000.00💔💔please refund me hey, I just want my money back. I’m exhausted at this point, I’m tired of fighting, calling and sending endless emails. I’m heavily disappointed and frustrated
