Refund delayed

I placed an order on the 3rd of March, only half of the items I bought were delivered. I then requested a payout, I was told it takes 3-5 business days. I still have not received my refund. I tried calling and sending emails but no response. Please I need my refund R500 is not a joke, I need my money.
