REFUND DELAYED 15DAYS

I am a VERY disappointed with Pick n PAY ASAP..extremely disappointed...I work a 12 hour shift and I do get off days BUT I'm ALWAYS doing something at home or grocery shopping and that takes a toll on me...So on the 25th of November which is last month..I had to make some few errands but by the time I got home my body was on lockdown..couldn't move a muscle as I had planned to go do grocery shopping but I was BEYOND exhausted...So I decided to give PnP ASAP a try...And lucky for me...A lot of the items I needed were on special so for the first time in my life..I had to let PnP ASAP do grocery shopping..Ofcourse with me providing the "grocery list" and I was very excited..I mean...what could go wrong🤷♀️

I selected what I needed delivered and 4hrs later groceries were delivered with a lot of items I wanted missing...Checked the receipt and checked on-line why?Realized that they were out of stock..

Then there was money in my ewallet PnP ASAP account for the items which were out of stock...I didn't expect that the money will there though...thought it will be refunded back into my back account...

So on that day..I requested the money to be paid into my account..Bank details were requested and then a notification of a refund been processed was sent through to me via email...And the refund was to take 5 to 10 working days..Inwas okay with that..didn't even bother asking about it until the 10day period had passed when I asked about the refund was told that it will be paid out after 3 to 5 working days...I MEAN WOW...A 15 day refund waiting period?I mean...told about MADNESS..What was the 10day waiting period for in the first?Was it to see if I would change my mind about the refund and think of buying items with that money?

You know...when I bought groceries through you guys on that day I had put my faith in you...So much so that I had shared it with my family and colleagues...NOW I'm even ashamed to go back and tell them what a disappointment you guys are...

I have NEVER been so disappointed at my self like I am right now...I feel like I have let myself down by trusting in you...I'm even ashamed to shame this experience with anyone else...
