Refund

Refund I bought a Pineware 20l heating bucket via the App The bucket started leaking around August … was advised to take it back to the store …took it to the Pnp Dobsonville branch where we called the call centre and I was on the call for more that 20 minutes … was told that I would receive my refund within 7 working days…. I’m still waiting…. Now when I called to follow up on the ref I was told that the store had to refund me on the day that I left the bucket in store …. Such incompetence and so inconvenient for for me to travel back to the store to collect my refund….. Order #***9
