REFUND!!!!

I am extremely upset as I have requested my refunded with pick n pay asap for more than two months, I have been promised twice and have spoken to a manager that my refund will be processed but have not received my refund after many attempts, when I ask to log a complaint which is my right as a customer I get refused. I am not happy and want my refund as the item I wanted was out of stock. Terrible customer service and management!
