Refund

I bought items from Pick n Pay ASAP and the fresh meat was rotten, some items damaged and expired. I did the self service refund and they refunded one item saying I was supposed to take pictures and report the issue to the store while their app does not state that we need to take pictures and report. It’s a very useless app and the shoppers just throw in any item not even checking if it’s fresh
