Refund and Bad serice

Up till this day i havent received my refund and prior to this i had problem with an LG washing machine i am not happy with the product and have had numerous communication with the woidmead hyper and LG has been to my my place twice i told them i am not happy and the manager was so rude telling i dont scare him whem i said i am still calm about the situation and he also told me he will send me the form that is suppose to go to LG as if i am working for pick n pay after dales service at woidmead hyper woodmead is appauling i have since stopped communicating with both LG and Woodmead Hyper i am very upset with this managers attitude and LG.
