Refund

I ordered online on the 31 December 2023 and the promised to deliver on the 02 January 2024 between 8 & 10.

On the day that they are suppose to deliver, they sent me an email saying they unable to deliver my area is highrisk.

I requested my full refund so that I can order from Take a Lot as they always deliver on time. Pick n Pay online in Brackefell Western Cape promised to refund.

Instead of getting my full refund of R 1029.95, I only received R 425.56! NO EXPLANATION! I sent another email they just said they have started with refund.

MY QUESTION: - WHY ACCEPT ORDERS KNOWING THAT YOU DO NOT DELIVER IN ALL AREAS? - WHY ARE YOU NOT REFUNDING FULL AMOUNT AT ONCE?

I DO NOT WANT YOUR APOLOGY CALLS NOR EMAILS, I WANT MY FULL IN MY BANK ACCOUNT TODAY.
