I ordered on the pnp app yesterday and they cancelled my order but I haven’t received my refund. This is the second time this happens, I’m really not happy with the app service especially in Soweto.

07 Dec 2021, 11:08I really don’t understand what is taking so long to get my refund. I have sent numerous emails to *** ams not getting any response. For such a big retail, the service is absolute *******. I want my money!!!
