Refund

Picknpay rediculous poor service.place an order on the 4th April 2025 and then another the 13 April 2025 both still no refund after sending them numerous emails and my airtime by calling them. I was told in 3-5 working days I will get my refund. Still nothing. The one says it will be refunded direct into your bank acc. The other says it will be in your eWallet. But it shows 0. I am a pensioner and I could have used that money for food. Very very poor service. Khairu Thando and Khaylin everytime different story. When you order from spar2u you get your refund. Now pnpay *****s from a pensioner.
