Refund

I used pick n pay Asap to order food online ...they took my money but the order was unsuccessful..had a chat with one of their agents about it Imaan D ..he seems unsure of his information saying i can wait 3-4 hours if its not refunded i should wait for 3 -5 working days.. I asked whose going to process the refund he says its an automatic refund ...still now nothing ...

So they are not reliable the service is poor ...still waiting for my refund.they have an option for immidiate refund but it doesnt work
