Refund

I ordered on the Pick n Pay asap all went went well to my surprise when I try to track my order nothing is happening my order is being delay, started chatting with the support team to for heads up . They said driver cancelled the delivery. Ok let me get my refund since it's late nothing still to my surprise order is marked delivered while I did not get it !! Asked the support team again "sorry for the inconvenience the driver **** a mistake with marking the order delivered" refund will proceed it's been 2 full weeks now I'm being taken pillar to post no one is telling me exactly when will I get my refund.... Every agent I chat with they telling me they logging a refund I'm tired now I want my money
