Refund

I have been expericing a run around with Pick n Pay ASAP regarding my refund. I had a failed delivery that occured on the 25th July 2024 and I was advised that the funds will be refunded to my ASAP wallet and I will be able to cash the money out back to my bank. I did exactly that and it shows on my ASAP app tjay the money was withdrawn on the 27th July 2024 but it never made it back to my bank account till to date, I have contacted them by telephone and email countlessly and I still haven't received my money. When they get back to me they tell me that my bank which I had initially used to transact is rejecting the funds so they asked for an alternative bank account no. which they can use to EFT my funds, at this point I have given them two different banks as alternatives and I still haven't received my money. This is so frustrating, I even asked that If they can't EFT my refund rather they put it back to my ASAP wallet so that I can use the money to buy something else from them. They failing to do that!
