Refund

I've ordered online some of the items were out of stock, when i tried to replace the item online then my order was cancelled,my money was then refunded into their app on a ewallet used a promo code when i ordered the first time,when i try to put it in again it does nt want to take it.ive been trying for them to refund me back my money into my account or for them to generate a new promo code for me,its been a struggle i need my money back into my account or promo as i wont be able to buy online with i have now on their app.Ive spoken to very rude customer agants they even refused to give me their details they say they are not allowed could only give me names Tanja and Thahailen.
