Refund

Very disappointing experience with the refund process. I was expecting a refund for an amount that was deducted from my account, but instead of resolving the matter, I was repeatedly advised to contact my bank, even though my bank statement clearly showed that the money had been deducted. I had to keep following up for my own money and contact support multiple times. The process was frustrating and the customer service did not resolve the issue efficiently, till today I’m still waiting for my refund.
