Refund!

Hi, i purchased goods from pick ‘n pay ASAP on 12th of august waited hours to find out my oder was cancelled. I called them the next day which was the 13th to find out what had happened, they then refunded me

So on the 17th of august the deducted the same amount again. I have been calling and sending e-mails with no response at all. They don’t want to refund my money it’s been 14 days with no response on my Money.
