Refund

I purchased some few items from pick n pay clothing, unfortunately I had to return them cause they couldn't fit my daughter... I asked for a refund I was told there's a new system whereby my money will have to be returned to the card that purchased and it only takes 4i hours... I am still waiting for my refund and it's 10 days now still waiting in vain... I've been in and out of the store asking for assistance with no luck, I'm traveling wasting my fuel money and I'm not getting any help..
