Refund

Hi order *** Ordered some food items using ASAP, the order was canceled before delivery and received a reference for a refund however, haven’t got the refund, when calli your call center, I am told that the order was delivered so there’s no refund due to me. I did not receive the order , I even called musgrave store regarding this matter . I need this money urgently. This is not the first time experiencing such **** service. Prior to this order there was 1 item missing and I was not refunded for that item. I need my money and I’ll be buying from checkers going forward, their service is way better and less stressful. ***
