<p>Yesterday 28/05/2017 we went to Pick 'n Pay East Rand mall to exchange a mixer that had no beaters in, we were send to the refund counter when we came ther the lady doing the refunds did not even know what to do she hade to phone the manager that also know nothing and had to phone his boss up to now we still did not get any help as no one knows how to do there job</p>
