Reference *** - No tax invoice received
Delivery used to come with a Tax invoice and I used to be able to download my invoice off their website. System has been changed and no invoice arrives with the delivery and I can't download an invoice. They e-mail an 'invoice' that is literally just an e-mail that you can't download/print as an invoice. Main problem is our company VAT number isn't on the 'invoice' which is a SARS requirement. I have phoned 4 times in the past week. Asked for a supervisor today and Zayaan said she will be referring my query to the finance department and will get back to me today, she didn’t and I got an e-mail to say my reference ***) had been completed. Still don’t have a valid tax invoice??

30 Jun 2025, 12:43Good Day, this has not been sorted, received an e-mail confirmation of my order (NOT an invoice) without a VAT number which is my main issue. If the e-mail confirmation had our VAT number I could at least print the 5 pages of pictures of what I ordered and use it as an invoice but there is no VAT number.
