Please note that I find the way my complaint has been handled totally disgusting. Pick and Pay does not take my issue seriously, that I can confirm by the lack of credible responses- always empty promises. Let me be known should I come across another discrepancy in the way you run your store, I will make a huge scene in the store. Remember me Adenaan Albertus- this is the person you made empty promises too several times.
