31 Mar 2021, 22:14pick n pay admitted it made a mistake but not prepared to compensate me. somebody phoned me and said that I must read the terms and conditions. I assume the term and conditions states that pick n pay is not liable for their mistakes. Nice way to treat a customer patronizing them for more than forty years! Poor public relations and a good way to lose customers!
