Reduced to clear items which are sold at the normal going price

Hi, I had a very upsetting experience in your Norwood mall branch. As per picture, the Soleo Snack mix is marked reduced to clear. I got to the till and it rang normal price. The cashier called the supervisor which had no idea what to do. She then went to call the grocery manager by the name of Ntutu. He firstly didn’t know about the special. So I took him to see where the special was. He then told me that they still need to mark them down. "But I'm here right now and would like to purchase them at a reduced price as it clearly advertised". He refused to give me the special price and told me to come back in a few days as only then they will mark them down. He proceeded to walk away so that I don't see his name showing on the name tag of his shirt. No apologies for the inconvenience. I left the store feeling upset and **** to by this false advertising. The manager didn’t handle the situation in a way that will leave me feeling satisfied with the outcome, neither did he try to resolve it.
