Redeeming Vouchers

I went to pick n pay for clothing to try to shop and I had a voucher with me but unfortunately, it happen that they don't accept vouchers in the store. Can pick a payment to please to it that this gets fixed so that we can also redeem our pick n pay vouchers at any store.
