Recognition for above and beyond customer service from Lucia Nkosi!!!

I have been struggling with PNP Clothing online and poor customer care from the helpline whilst trying to order some shirts.

I eventually phone my closest store to see if there was anything that could be done to assist me and I had some FANTASTIC customer care from Lucia Nkosi at store Cd55 (Hazyview). Lucia was more than happy to assist me to see if they had stock or how she could help me get my order completed, she communicated effectively and timeously and had a solution for me within 15 minutes!

Compared to the help I had online Lucia was a ray of sunshine helping me tick this job off my to do list on a Friday morning.
