I booked a cake on friday 6 july 2018 for a baby shower on sunday 8 july 2018, asked them to write staff on it and also asked for a flavor sunday when i got there the baker told me he made a mistake on the cake which was ,he made R600 cake instead of R450 , fine i told him that i do understand but he should give me a solution rather than problems since i have a function in hour which i have to attend. and he asked if i could give him 20 minutes to prepare another one , he then did that as i told his manager about it and i became emotional . i took the cake home for that baby shower we had , as we cut the cake for the guests the knife couldnt cut the cake as we were cutting but the cream came out from the sides and when i went back to them they said i was supposed to bring back the cake and dont give the guest so now they cant help! i even had a slie of that cake to show them what was i talking about and their manager kept quite on me
