Received someone else's order and have been waiting for empty promises

The store I ordered from via ASAP got my order wrong (essentially gave me someone else's order).. I have been phoning customer care and asking where my order is and they keep promising that it will be coming, waited 4 hours so far and it doesn't seem like anything will be done . Completely and utterly disappointed ..

Recommend using Checkers 60sixty because I've never had a problem with them like I am having with PNP ASAP!!!
