REALLY SHOCKING BAD
Please somebody help!!! Some logic please!!! I "picked" an online item and I "paid" for it. I really want to just fetch my item this afternoon or over the weekend when I am not working, but had to chose a ""time slot"" to collect. Everything was CLOSED OR FULL (Not sue what the difference is??) until Monday...............Why can't I just fetch the item I bought and get some groceries for the weekend.? What on earth is wrong with PickNPays logic?? So they don't have one staff member to fetch me the items I paid for before Monday..........REALLY!! I am prepared to get it myself!!! I have paid. Money is out of my account. I am not asking it to be delivered, why MUST I wait 4 days? Come on!

Click n Collect & delivery slots are closed once the maximum orders for the day is reached to give our online team time to prepare for each order.
Funds for your order is still with your bank put aside as a reservation amount for the online order.
