Really Pick 'n Pay ASAP you need to jack up your game

Yesterday I placed an order with Pick 'n Pay asap. When my order arrived it was for another person. I tried to phone the help line twice, but ended up holding for so so so long and eventually left a message. I also lodged a complaint on the asap app and received a reply saying somebody would contact me. I still had not heard anything by 15h30 today, so eventually drove to the store and took the wrong persons order back. A very nice and friendly gentleman helped me and re-packed my order. I then asked whether I would be reimbursed for the payment I made for delivery and he said he was not sure how to do this, but took my name and details. This is the second time I have had an issue and left a response on the app and nobody has contacted me. The previous time, I was sent the wrong item....... Thought I would give them another try........... this has left a sour taste in my mouth.
