Really not happy

I’m very disappointed at pick n pay the glen I ordered yesterday , I order 4 of 1lr of parmalat 3+ for toddlers and my substitute was 6 pack of milk not 4 of them

And money was debited from my account, I sent a email on *** I haven’t heard anything from them, I want my money back m them to come pick up the milk
