Really disappointing feedback from Pick n Pay

I was shopping with my mom-in-law at Pick n Pay clothing when she tripped over the wheel of the clothing rail, she was taken to hospital as she had broken her femur leg bone which resulted in many medical problems and costs. Pick n Pay did offer me a small compensation which I refused due to the fact that a wheelchair costs more that they offered. She could no longer walk, got huge bedsores which i then had to get a nurse to com in 2 to 3 times a week to dress them and i had to get 2 caregivers to come and assist me to take care of her. The sad point of this incident is that my mom-in-law had been a loyal Pick n Pay customer for probably the entire time Pick n Pay has been around, I have been a loyal customer with Pick n Pay for most of my life and this is the thanks you get from being a "loyal customer". So to all the loyal Pick n Pay loyal customers that spend thousands and thousands of rands at Pick n Pay (myself included) please remember that you are not a loyal customer to Pick n Pay and if you did have any incident happen to you or 1 of your loved one's Pick n Pay would do there utmost best not to compensate you as you are just some stranger that supports them every day or every week with spending your hard earned money at their stores. Very very sad Pick n Pay that his is how you treat your customers.
