Really bad service
I am sick and tired of PnP Online shopping. There is always items out of stock. I shop once a month and every single time they are out of stock of products. Why do they offer this service if they can't do it? You can't say shop online with us but sorry we don't have what you need! And this is every single month! They also don't deliver on time either. Pick and Pay you need to get this act together of not offer this service. I am very dissatisfied!

We endeavour to keep this to a minimum, but provide the facility for you to select different 'substitution' options in the event that we are unable to fulfil your original request.
