Really Bad Service

Pick a Pay Mokopane must have the worst customer service in the country. My husband bought some custard slices, the Lady serving him just dumped them in the box. The moment he complained she became arrogant and just threw it (the same messy one) in another box. When he reported it to the"Manager" on duty he laughed at him and continued his conversation with a ***orker. Is this just plain arrogance or is this because we are white customers? Don't the use their cameras to check on this service. They dont even engage with you when you want to pay, just keep on talkin with their ***orkers. Complaints clearly doesn't help because the management even laugh it off.
