Really BAD attitude!!!!

Went into the Cresta branch yesterday afternoon to return a purchase and was advised t=by the customer services person to go and see the supervisor at the cigarette counter, which I did. On getting there I asked this superior looking person if she was the supervisor and she says to me, a customer "yes WHAT!!!!!!" What a way to talk to anyone let alone a Pick "n pay customer. When I told her that I was going to Woolworths to buy the same item at a cheaper price, she replies "whatever".
