RCS temps always not paid in time ( P n P at Nicol)

I have a niece who has recently been employed under Pick 'n Pay agency called CRS/RCS - they call themselves Retail Customer Services. the question is who can assist to deal with such unfair treatment and in competencies.

She started 8 weeks ago and was informed that 3 weeks was for training therefore they would not get paid for the 3 weeks training, Eight weeks later they only received 1 week's payment rated at R17,00 per hour and are required to work a maximum of six hours. the 4th week they were told the lady by the name of Dolly from Soweto was on maternity leave and could not bring the payment in time and had to send someone which the poor kids need to pay R10 each so the person can bring the money to them. out of 8 weeks she has only been paid once. All I ask is for the store to please look into the matter and advise on which steps to be taken, these kids need transport money to get to and from work and they are instructed to wear black trousers and white shirts. how are they expected to do all that if they do not get paid in time.

Attempts were made to call this Dolly lady from Soweto but her phone is forever on voicemail especially when its time to pay the poor employees. Can this please be resolved before it gets out of hand. the kids have no platform to send any complaint to.
