RCS and PicknPay are ***********

I have tried for 3 days, speaking to various customer service people and RCS service people to try and get my new smart shopper linked to store account. Finally, after 3 days someone was able to help me. Then I had to reset my pin on my card, this has proved to be impossible. The number they give you to change your pin has also not worked for the 3 days. The incompetency is astounding.
