RCS and pick n pay

Am sick and tired now. I paid my pick n pay account on the 28 of July,then i submitted proof of payment after numerous of calls trying to find out why the money i paid is not reflecting on my account. Till today this has not been sorted out,i have received my statement for this month and i have been charged interests even though the proof of payment has been sent. It's not my fault that the money has not been allocated to my account. Am sick and tired calling pick n pay customer service and rcs on a daily basis.
