Raw roast chicken PNP

Purchased an online order of rotisserie chicken on Monday evening Sept 23. Opened the packet to find the chicken half raw. Pink n ******.

Tues 24th sept sent pnp an email. Received a ticket no. WED 25th sept. Called pnp. Call cut after 10 min. Called a second time. They said "sorry" and they will be in touch for a refund! 4 hours have passed and stil no action by pnp.

Firstly, shame on you for not having a toll free helpline. Second, "sorry" ? And ull "give me a refund when u feel like it"! Raw chicken! I should think its a tad more serious Pnp to receive just a refund. I purchase online twice a week.

Disgusting behaviour of all concerned. This was at PNP mall at reds in centurion.
