Raw roast chicken from deli

Hi, I bought a whole roast chicken from pick n pay canal walk on Thursday 25 January 2018. Got home and prepared supper. When I cut up the chicken it was raw on the inside. Like, there was blood running from the bones. Just the outside was roasted. This isn't the first time that I have bought something and it was under done... I have bought a pie and the dough was still dough, like they had just browned the outside. I let it slide the first time... But this seems to a regular occurrence. Its unhygienic and it could make me and my family sick.... I have emailed them and as I expected, they have not bothered to even get back to me. I have pictures of the chicken. The raw underdog chicken. The chicken is expensive and then on top of it it's raw.... Pathetic service from pick n pay.... We expect quality for the prices we are charged. I might as well have gone to shop rite.
