Raw Deli Chicken and a Half Hearted Apology

I will NEVER buy from Hyper by the Sea Deli again. NEVER MIND that about 4 years ago I bought a chicken burger which had a HUGE worm in it, but now I buy a roast chicken from them, only to discover once ALL my other sides are prepared and I take the chicken out to slice that it is RAW. What an inconvenience on a Sunday evening. Thank goodness I did not unwittingly serve it to my pregnant sister who was joining us for dinner! I had to go all the way back to return it on Monday AFTER my hassle of replacing it Sunday night somewhere else, and I am given a HALF HEARTED apology telling me the lady doing the chickens is new and only getting my money back. I requested a manager higher than the deli manager call me and I am still waiting on the call almost 2 days later. DISGUSTING. We were just complaining the other day how Brand Match is marketing gimmick and Pick n Pay is becoming very expensive compared to other retailers. After this product AND SERVICE failure I am DONE.
