RAW 'cooked' chicken almost severely poisoned us!

Went to Pick n Pay at Montana Crossing to grab something to eat for dinner, decided to take one of the Whole Cooked Chickens that were actually advertised to be R130.00 for 2. Fast forward to dinner, I open the bag start cutting up the chicken and realize that it is still very raw inside and we actually found weird brownish blackish gooyness inside the chicken.

This was just so shocking and I can't imagine what would've happened if any of us decided to eat it.

I have photos and videos of this and feel like people need to be warned on most likely being severely poisoned.
