RAW CHICKEN STRIPS

This is the first time I actually want to complain... over the year I have bought things from pick and pay Claremont and they seem to just be the best with services and prices. but today on my busiest day I went down to buy some chicken strips and when I came up to eat before my meeting it was raw and cold in the inside witch made me even through up and feel sick... went down to the manager who said sorry he will do a refund witch he was very laid back about. I just told him i need to be in a meeting and will come again.. feeling disgusted ... i have taken pic . please help
