Dear P&P<br> <br> Yesterday I stood around in the fruit and veg section of your Mall@Reds store, impatiently looking for the person that is supposed to be on duty at the weighing section. After 5 minutes waiting, Monica, on her way home already, probably saw my frustration, and instead of looking the other way, she quickly assisted me in a very friendly manner. <br> <br> Monica is a rare breed.
