Rapid service decline
Visited PnP Somerset Mall to purchase a Coke ahead of shopping in the store. I was paying cash for the Coke and requested R2 coins as change for the Car Guards. None of the 3 cashiers I spoke to were willing to assist. I decided to call the Store Manager and after waiting a few minutes on hold, decided on this course of action.
I recall the days when shopping at Pick n Pay used to be a pleasure, unfortunately things have changed and I understand now why.
Naturally, we decided to rather shop at Checkers, just feels more friendly and always helpful.
