Randridge PnP the only one with different rules

Please can someone explain to me how and why the Pick n Pay Randridge Mall is the only PnP with a stupid rule on the purchase of mentholated spirit? First off, during the week, they only sell it until 5pm ONLY if an ID is provided. Secondly, on Sunday's, like I just experienced, this particular PnP DOES NOT sell the spirit AT ALL, but wait for it, alcohol CAN be purchased on Sunday's. Now I'm no Einstein, but this makes no damn sense at all. However, what's more strange is that the Pick n Pay at Rock Cottage, just a few meters away from PnP Randridge Mall, not only sells mentholated spirit any time any day, they keep in on the shelf, with no ID's required. What the hell kind of foolishness is this! One floor manager or supervisor PnP Randridge Mall, said to me once that this rule is a government law. Now, why then, the same brand, at two different locations, are selling the same thing, under two VERY different rules? Can someone please explain this to me. Randridge Mall PnP is the worst I've ever dealt with. bad customer services, rotten chicken on shelves and now this. I've had my share of this PnP. Something has got to give!!!!
