Randridge Mall - Lazy Staff- Non existant Customer service

Pick N Pay - Randridge Mall

Staff are NO good with customer service. Yesterday I paid for three bakery items at the cigarette counter. The teller was just sitting in her chair, ordering the customers she was serving to come this side & that side, cause she was to lazy to get off her butt!! She was yawning all the time without putting her hand infront of her mouth. I cannot fathom why there is a chair behind the counter in the first place, as she was too overweight to work behind the counter in the first place & couldnt fit past the chair!!

Im sorry but your Automated Business replies are of no use, I for one do not buy any of it. There are set business replies for a bad review & set replies for a good one. All say the same thing Who is Vanitha Venketas anyway? If you want to put a name to a Business Reply, at leasr have the decency to write a PERSONAL reply.... not the same old automated ones.... it means absolutely Nothing Laughable.... honestly!!

I received a personal call from Harith Moerat, assistant store manager at PNP Rand Ridge Mall. Thank you Sir, you have put a personal touch to my complaint & have identified the issue via CCTV footage. It is greatly appreciated that this issue will be adressed directly.
