Rancid Biltong
Hey Pick n Pay I've sent 6 follow up emails about the rancid Biltong my partner bought at your Tableview store and your first response was to offer a refund of R50... which obviously is not a suitable approach to this. Your store sold off meat and you've yet to approach him with an explanation. Lord forbid he got sick and this is how you choose to communicate ?
