Rainchecks is an Excuse
Pick n Pay Raichecks are a Joke, No one calls you tell the product is in the store, you as the consumer has to go to the store several times to check if the product is available. I also went to another branch and was told i cannot use the rain check as the the store was a family staore and not a Franchise store. Pick n Pay should take responsibility and be proactive to keep the client informed.

Unfortunately rain checks can only be used at the store that had issued it as that store would make arrangements for stock for their rain checks issued.
