Raincheck problem

I had a raincheck and the consultant from pic n pay hyper Centurion lifestyle wrong that 6 juices on the raincheck. Then the food manager comes there saying the special was for 5, he was rude about. He gave me attitude saying I can take pics of the raincheck and do whatever I want with it, I don't know maybe it was because I was a female. It's not the consumers fault that their staff is not adequately trained in writing simple rainchecks. I got the 5 packs but this is unacceptable from a manager of a store who deals with consumers daily
